Sessions are shaped by your goals. Some days we focus on reflection and understanding, other days we use more active approaches like grounding, exposure work, or processing difficult experiences. Together, we move at a pace that feels supportive, intentional, and aligned with the work you want to do.

What We Help With

Individual counseling offers support for anxiety, overwhelm, emotional regulation, and depression or burnout. We work through trauma responses, intrusive thoughts, grief, and life transitions. Sessions may also focus on relationship stress, boundaries, identity development, building self-trust, and reducing chronic stress or rumination.
